Honey-Lavender Latte
Lavender is becoming an increasingly popular flavor offered in coffee shops around the country–and when paired with the natural sweetness of honey, it’s a flavor combo that you can’t beat during the springtime.
So if you haven’t ventured out to try a lavender latte yet, try making one at home to taste the delicate and refreshing flavor that it offers.
Add a few pumps of lavender-flavored syrup and a small drizzle of honey to your coffee cup then pour two shots of espresso on top. Froth some milk to pour on top, then add another drizzle of honey if you wish.
Rose Cappuccino
The light floral taste that rose offers is a perfect infusion for your coffee as spring rolls around.
Not only does it taste amazing, but it smells great, too! So, this is sure to be a new favorite in your regular coffee recipe rotation.
To create this beverage, simply mix a tablespoon of rose water with milk and light espresso. If you want something on the sweeter side, feel free to add simple syrup or a few pumps of white chocolate flavoring so you don’t overpower the delicate floral flavor of the rose water.
Blood Orange Coffee Tonic
Blood oranges are a staple of the spring, so there’s no better time to include them in your coffee recipes than this time of year.
Brew two shots of espresso and pour them over ice. Then, add about 8-10 ounces of tonic water, topped off with two pumps of blood orange syrup.
Give it a mix, and you have yourself a citrusy and energizing beverage to enjoy in the morning, or even as an afternoon pick-me-up.
Iced Hibiscus Latte
Similar to the lavender latte, this drink will have you enjoying the light botanical notes that the hibiscus flavoring offers, while still getting your caffeine fix.
Perfect for the spring, give a few pumps of hibiscus flavoring and a drizzle of honey to your glass, pour in a cup of ice, then top it off with two shots of espresso and your choice of frothed milk.
